Eligibility Requirements

Requirement Details
Citizenship Must be a citizen of Madagascar or Comoros and currently living in the home country.
Education Must hold a Maîtrise, M1, or a four-year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Certificates of attendance are not accepted.
English Proficiency Must have English proficiency sufficient for graduate-level study.
Academic Performance Must demonstrate strong academic records and high potential for leadership.
Motivation Must be committed to completing the program and returning home afterward.
U.S. Experience Applicants should not have recent or extensive residency in the United States.

Required Exams (For Finalists)

TOEFL / Duolingo English proficiency TOEFL iBT score of 90 desirable; 100 preferable.
GRE Most academic fields Scores above the 50th percentile recommended.
GMAT Business/Management programs Minimum score 550. GRE accepted instead if GMAT unavailable.
